Today (June 23, 2023) I was watching the news on PBS (Public Broadcasting Service) and I noticed that the news announcer didn't quite look right. My TV screen was high definition and I was watching a close up of that news announcer. His eyes just didn't look right. I immediately recognized that the news anouncer was an AI (Artificial Intelligence) image on the screen. Russian TV has an AI weather girl on their TV. But the Russian TV program notified the viewing audience that the weather girl would be an AI image beforehand. The PBS news program on the otherhand, did not notify the audience prior to broadcasting the program that the news announcer would be an AI image. PBS simply broadcasted the news program with the AI image as the news announcer. Do you realize the implications of this?
